I'm piece sewing today with a jelly roll set.
The combo set printed fabrics include coordinating floral designs on colors of, black,white, lemon yellow . I began the play and took a snap shot take some photos to share of 4 rows sewn .
I constructed 4 separate pieces carrying each with 4 row combination strips.
Next step would be blocking them into rows of squares.
Squaring rows:
Squaring blocks made simple with a quick/ easy method by folding to begin cuts.
The fold is a 90 degree angle for squaring to from each block.
The technique is described in this tutorial.
Pictures with description which I found most useful in squaring & forming these blocks to follow with.

Results: 4 row strips resulted 5 squared blocks each. Providing 20 blocks total.
